In 1835 and in the most typical of the Gothic Quarter, near the Ramblas in Barcelona, the Bofarull family founded one of the most charismatic restaurants in the city with the name “Can Bofarull”.

Its well-earned fame has transcended to all corners of the world with its high quality traditional food.

It has always been a place frequented by prominent personalities from the world of art, show business, politics and finance, attracted not only by the good culinary pleasure, but also by the charm of its many corners full of history. All this work has been rewarded, in addition to the popular affection, with the award of the Medal of Tourist Merit.
