It’s a project focused on olive tourism and organic farming, offering a guided tour through olive groves, vineyards, fruit trees, and an exhibition of photography and artworks by Philippe Starck. The tour includes a guided tasting of their organic olive oils.

During the tour, guests will receive a detailed explanation about the terminology related to extra virgin olive oil, the historical significance of the olive tree, the wisdom accumulated over centuries, its countless health benefits, the extraction process, and the latest technological advancements in olive oil production.

The experience culminates in a professional tasting of two organically produced oils from their own farm.
