It is located in a modernist cellar from 1905, you can taste each and every one of the cavas produced in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (more than 120) and many other regions. The culture of wine and cava has its home here. 30 years after the opening of the first restaurant, we invite you to participate in the search for taste, combining the knowledge of traditional cuisine with new gastronomic trends. They have three spaces to enjoy the best gastronomy. Each dining room associates the decoration to a wine concept. The Tannins dining room (40 people), the Cava and Vineyard (80-90) and the Phylloxera (12 people).

A multitude of details make this restaurant a unique and very special space, customers can play the game of the aromas of cava, or wash their hands with towels scented with cava. The spirit of wine, cava and Penedès brought to the senses and palate.

They offer a cuisine linked to the territory, with a living menu that changes according to its seasonality. Most of the products used are from nearby farms: vegetables, eggs, poultry, lamb…
