El Cortijo LA Organic is a luxurious building with traditional Andalusian architecture, featuring unique details, modern amenities, and spaces restored by Stefano Robotti. Spanning 26 hectares of olive groves and countryside, with a westward orientation, it offers breathtaking sunset views and spectacular vistas of the Sierra de Grazalema.

LA Organic Experience provides a guided tour lasting just under an hour, taking visitors through a beautiful natural route filled with surprises and works of art. This perfect plan ends with a tasting of organic olive oils. Visitors will uncover all the secrets behind the production of the extra virgin organic olive oil during the guided tour of their mill. The experience also includes participation in the olive harvesting (Vareo) and oil production process at the mill, immersing guests in the craft of one of the key products in the Mediterranean diet.
