La Clandestilería is an artisan distillery located in the heart of the region of La Safor.

Using traditional production methods and starting from totally natural raw materials of the highest quality, they create their distillates in small batches using a traditional copper still.

A totally handmade process that allows them to dedicate all the time and care necessary to make each batch unique.

Gin Roders is a handcrafted Gin that manages to capture traditional Mediterranean flavours and aromas, such as orange and lemon, as well as local flavours such as bitter almond and lavender.

The guided tour includes: History of La Clandestilería, introduction to the world of distillates, a tour of the facilities, knowledge of the production process, a botanicals workshop and a guided tasting of Roders Gin.
