It was founded in 2007 in Madrid by María Ayuela, with the aim of developing a cuisine 100% prepared in her workshop, recovering the good old international cuisine, without hydrogenated oils, additives or preservatives. Few fried food and more vegetables, fish and meats.

They offer a catering service with proposals for any time of the day, it is perfect to meet and share good food, regardless of the season.

The director and chef comes from the Cordon Bleu school with an important Asturian, French and Austrian influence.
