Bilbao Berria, the first restaurant of the group, opened its doors in 1999 in Plaza de la Catedral in Barcelona and has since become a benchmark for Basque-Mediterranean cuisine.

Using only the highest-quality products, Bilbao Berria prepares its pintxos, tapas, and small plates. The menu also features premium fish and meats cooked over charcoal, as well as a wide variety of rice dishes.
